Is it possible to put both channels in series (on software or externally) to have two different effects in series?.

For example, in Left channel I have a chorus and in the Right channel a delay, making this effects chain:

Input -> Chorus (LC) - > Delay (RC) -> Output

Yes, this is possible. It can be done internally via software.
